8 bats tests: DevToolsActivePort parsing, binary exists, Local State toggle, enterprise policy, MCP init via wsEndpoint, list_pages. Fix stale claude-mcp-json check → claude-chrome-policy check.
When MCP wrapper starts, a background process focuses Chrome window via hyprctl and presses Enter via wtype after 2s delay. This auto-accepts the Chrome debugging consent dialog without user intervention. Harmless when no dialog is showing.
